    Destressing Content Creation Webinar

A quiet Masterclass for people who create and are tired of paying for it with their health.

    You’re not failing.

But creating online may be costing more than it used to.

If you create content, writing, posting, teaching, sharing, advocating and it’s starting to feel heavier rather than energising, you’re not imagining it.

Many creators describe the same quiet pattern:

    • Expression still matters to them
    • But pressure has crept in where meaning used to live
    • Consistency feels harder
    • Stepping back brings guilt, not relief

For people managing illness, recovery, fatigue, or long-term health conditions, that tension can become especially sharp.

This webinar exists to slow that moment down, not to fix it, but to understand it.

    The problem isn’t creativity

It’s the conditions we’re asked to create under

Creative expression is often therapeutic. Research shows it can restore agency, reduce isolation, and support wellbeing, particularly for people living with chronic conditions.

And yet, modern digital environments add layers of pressure that rarely account for human limits:

    • Algorithmic unpredictability
    • Expectations of constant visibility
    • Metrics that quietly become identity feedback
    • A sense that stopping equals disappearing

The result is a double bind:

the thing that helps you cope can also become the thing that drains you.

This webinar is about decoding that paradox.

    A different kind of conversation

This is not a content strategy session.

    It’s not a growth workshop.

And it’s not about doing more.

Instead, this webinar creates a quiet space to explore:

    • Why expression can feel both healing and exhausting
    • Why “just be consistent” often backfires, especially after illness
    • How stress around creation becomes personal, even when it’s systemic
    • What it means to protect your nervous system without giving up meaning

No tools are taught, no platforms are analysed, no output is expected, just sense-making.

    Why I’m offering this Masterclass

I live with severe heart disease. I’ve been through prostate cancer. I’ve also spent decades creating, publishing, and sharing work publicly.

Stress didn’t come from one thing, but unmanaged pressure, responsibility, and creative demand played a role in where my health eventually landed.

What changed wasn’t discipline or resilience.

It was understanding what I was asking my nervous system to carry.

This webinar is a chance to share that understanding gently, without urgency, for anyone who feels the same tension beginning to surface in their own creative life.

    What you’ll leave with

Not answers to everything, but something more useful:

    • Relief from self-blame
    • Language for what’s actually happening
    • A clearer sense of why things feel different now
    • Permission to relate to creation more gently

You don’t need to change anything after this session.

If you close your laptop and do nothing differently, the webinar has still done its job.

    Who this is for

This webinar is for you if:

    • You create content regularly or meaningfully
    • You care about expression, not just output
    • You’re managing health, recovery, or long-term fatigue
    • You feel pressure around visibility that didn’t used to be there

It’s not for people looking for hacks, growth tactics, or optimisation.

    The invitation

De-Stressing Content Creation is an invite only free, live Masterclass.

It’s a contained space to make sense of something many creators are carrying quietly without being asked to perform, decide, or commit to anything else.

If it resonates, you’re welcome to join, if not, that’s fine too.

Nothing bad happens if you don’t.

  • De-Stressing Content Creation Masterclass

Staying Expressive Without Sacrificing Your Health

    You might recognise this…

You don’t stop expressing suddenly but you find yourself hesitating. You open the app and close it again then you think about posting and feel tired before you even begin. You care deeply, but the cost of sharing feels much higher than it used to.

    And then the questions start:

    • What happened to me?
    • Why does this feel harder now?
    • Why can’t I just push through like I used to?

This masterclass exists to sit with those questions, not to rush past them.

    What this conversation is about

We will talk gently about making sense of digital expression as a health interface, not just a marketing obligation.

    We’ll explore:

    • Why expression can feel both deeply meaningful and physically draining.
    • How illness and long-term stress quietly change the “exchange rate” of your energy.
    • Why common advice like “be consistent” or “just lower the bar” often backfires for Titans.
    • How to restore your agency by choosing containment over constant exposure.

There is no complex framework to learn and no new behavior to adopt today. Understanding is enough.

    What this conversation is NOT

To protect your nervous system, it’s important to know what this space is not:

    • NOT a productivity session or “hustle” workshop.
    • NOT a content strategy or algorithm training.
    • NOT a motivational boost designed to create “momentum.”
    • NOT a promise of immediate clarity or medical miracles.

    About the space itself

This is an invitation only a live online event being hosted on Google meet. It is designed to be communal and non-extractive.

    • Participate if you wish: There will be break-out sessions into small groups to discuss topics Paul raises.
    • Listen quietly: You aren’t required to participate, speak, or even turn on your camera.
    • Come and go: You are welcome to arrive late, leave early, or step away if your energy shifts.
    • No pressure: Nothing here depends on you performing or “getting it right.”
